Cementing its status as the timeliest and least tactful show on TV, South Park turned its sights on the Penn State sex scandal last night on the Season 15 finale.
Even a child rape scandal can't dissuade Trey Parker and Matt Stone, whose South Park quotes went after Joe Paterno, his assistants and the entire program.
At one point in the show, a social worker discovers a torture chamber in a foster home ... and says to himself, "What am I ... a recruitment coach for Penn State?"
It got worse. There was also this cringe (or LOL) worthy scene:
We've seen South Park skewer Osama bin Laden, Michael Jackson, Jersey Shore, the Kardashians and many other topics. The show is an equal opportunity offender.
Still, the alleged actions of former PSU assistant coach Jerry Sandusky have roiled the college and stunned the nation like few scandals we've seen before.
Some will undoubtedly say SP went too far here. You? Tell us ...
What do you think of South Park's Penn State bashing?
