Supervision of relationships with outside all creative/strategic resources. Development of creative and offer tests in various media as directed. Interface closely with Strategic Marketing and Product Marketing to ensure product positioning is consistent and company?s goal and objectives are met. Monitor all aspects of budget related to DM programs. Facilitate distribution of information regarding mailing activities to insure company-wide awareness. Active participation in program strategy development including offer, creative and target audience selection. Manage program tracking elements, analysis and customer modeling and segmentation as required working closely with the Marketing Operations Manager. Responsibilities: Participate as part of Sage 50 Direct Marketing team, along with Strategic/Product Marketing, in the development of campaign strategies for customer upgrade, upsell, add-ons and modules, engagement, loyalty, training and support/maintenance direct marketing programs.
?Development of the annual direct marketing expense budget for specified direct marketing programs. ?Accurate and timely development and execution of all assigned campaigns in close collaboration with the Marketing Operations Manager. ?Work closely with product management and product marketing to become familiar with features of assigned products and services to develop appropriate direct marketing message for campaigns. ?Develop Full direct marketing (mail,e-mail, web-based and social media) plan for each campaign (includes developing cells for versioning and testing where appropriate and campaign element IDs). ? Manage audience segmentation strategy as directed by Strategic/Direct Marketing team. ?Develop Marketing Briefs and Request for Proposals with campaign specifics to submit to agencies/vendors ?Work with manager to review creative and cost estimates from agencies/vendors to ensure marketing strategy is being properly executed to specified audience and that expenses are in-line with the budget. ? Provide all strategic and creative direction to Creative agency/vendor and daily supervision of agencies/vendors/internal creative services team in the execution of campaigns
?Plan and manage all creative reviews including distribution of copy/layout/versions to internal routing list, review and consolidate all comments to provide clear and concise feedback to creative resource. ?Work closely with the Marketing Operations Manager to ensure understanding of marketing objectives of programs in order to allow for their support in the operational side of the DM process. ?Develop and communicate all ATLAS and Marketing Analysis -related campaign, list and reporting requirements to Marketing Operations Manager. ?Develop full campaign analysis for all assigned programs and share information in formal results review meetings with all stakeholders. ?Manage inventory of materials for continuity programs to ensure that items are updated and replenished in a timely manner. ?Monitor campaign expenses, submit statements of work and purchase requests for all vendor expenses, process all invoices, participate in monthly accruals process and quarterly expense update exercises for assigned campaigns. ?Maintain sample books for historic purposes. ?Maintain and update internal direct marketing program playbooks to reflect current instructions and best practices for all steps of related campaigns.
