We have been in the news with our new MX-One customer. Wavin is one of Europe?s leading suppliers of water management, plumbing, heating and drainage systems.
Brief
Our brief was to assist Wavin in building a ?joined up? communication infrastructure for all of their UK and Ireland sites. As an outcome of a carefully designed and produced scope, a?natural fit with?Aastra?s MX-ONE??and?Solidus eCare?solutions was achieved. Our planning and management of the deployment ensured a swift and smooth transition to the new technology.
What we supplied
The Aastra MX-ONE? replaced a third party phone system, with the Aastra Solidus eCare?multimedia contact centre?to?integrate their customer operation centre into their wider communications infrastructure.?We installed the solution across 8 of Wavin?s UK-wide sites, for a total of 1,500 extensions,?creating a single and fully integrated network for all Wavin communications.
