Sales enablement: Communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process. Serve as the internal and external evangelist for Century?s new product offering, working with marketing, sales channel and occasionally key customers.

Product launch capabilities: Candidate must have a firm grasp of modern marketing tactics, and the ability to leverage social media and other emerging marketing trends to broadcast product messaging.

Market intelligence ? be the expert on buyer behaviors, preferences and how Century is perceived across channels and buying groups.

Demand generation ? develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for products.

Brand Management ? work with Marketing and Creative teams to develop product commercialization strategies which support and build higher level corporate brand marketing strategies.

Must possess a unique blend of team leadership, creative strategy and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the ability to convert visions into reality. Ideal candidate will possess a balance of inventive thought leadership with task oriented discipline to take meaningful ideas to application.

Must be able to effectively develop and communicate new product positioning category development requirements. You will work with marketing communications to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer. You will also serve as the product and brand evangelist for new product offerings ensuring successful market deployment.

Must have proven experience executing consumer product launches.

Must be sports-oriented ? either through participation in or passion for a sport.

Prefer Martial Arts experience.
